Ingredients

  • Milk ½ litre
  • Custard Powder 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom Powder ¼ tsp
  • Nuts ½ Cup
  • Bread slices 4
  • Cream 1 cup
  • Powdered Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Milk ½ Cup
  • Powder Sugar 1 tbsp
  • Some nuts and Saffron

Step 1

Bring milk to a boil in a saucepan. Remove 1 cup of milk and set aside.

Step 2

Add cardamom powder; whisk until combined.

Step 3

In a separate bowl, whisk custard powder with reserved milk until smooth.

Step 4

Pour custard mixture into saucepan; cook 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly, until thickened.

Step 5

Add chopped nuts; mix well. Remove from heat; let cool.

Step 6

Now take a bowl and mix cream and sugar powder. Take 4 slices of bread. Spread cream on bread and Divide it into 4 parts.

Step 7

In a bowl, add Milk and Sugar. Mix it well. Dip each side of bread for 1 second.

Step 8

Assemble bread slices on a plate. Pour Custard over them and Garnish it with nuts and Saffron.

Step 9

Serve and Enjoy.
