Ingredients
- For Brine Water: Chicken 1&½ Kg
- Water 2 Glass
- Sugar ¼ Cup
- Salt ¼ Cup
- For Marination: Flour 2 Cups
- Corn Starch 2 cups
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper 5 tsp
- Paprika 1 tsp
- Baking Powder 2 tbsp
- Cayenne Pepper ½ tsp
- Cold Water 1 Cup
- Oil for Frying
Step 1
First you start by making a brine. In a Bowl, add Water, Sugar and Salt and Whisk.
Step 2
Add Chicken. Dip the chicken in brine water for 45 minutes.
Step 3
Take another bowl, Add Flour, Corn Starch, Baking Powder, Salt, Paprika, Cayenne Pepper and Black Pepper. Whisk.
Step 4
Add Cold water into dry ingredients and Whisk. Refrigerate it for 30 minutes.
Step 5
After the chicken has brined, you want to rinse it to get all the extra salt off. Then pat the chicken dry with paper towl.
Step 6
After that, coat the chicken in the batter properly and Fry it in Medium hot Oil. Fry until crispy brown.
Step 7
Then bake the chicken in oven for 20 minutes at 180°C.
