Ingredients
- Milk 1 litre
- Saffron ¼ tsp
- Cardamom Powder ¼ tsp
- Crushed nuts as required, almonds & pistachio
- Whipping cream 1 Cup
- Yellow food colour 1-2 pinch, edible
- Bread slices 2, soft
Step 1
In a saucepan, add milk, saffron, Cardamom Powder and mix it well.
Step 2
Cook on medium flame until boils. After that, cook it until it is reduced to half. Add crushed nuts and mix well. Set it aside.
Step 3
In another bowl, add whipping cream and yellow food colour and beat until stiff peaks. Set aside.
Step 4
Take 2 bread slices. Cut it with a round cutter. And set aside.
Step 5
Now take a glass, add cream, bread and ras malai. Again add cream and top with some nuts.
Step 6
Here you go, creamy ras malai Mousse is ready to serve!
