Ingredients
- Potato 4 medium size
- 3 medium size Eggs
- Onion ½ Cup
- Capsicum ½ Cup
- Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
- Coriander Leaves 1 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- All purpose Flour 2 tbsp
- Ingredients for Stuffing:
- Oil 1 tsp
- Onion 1 medium size
- Chopped Garlic 1 tsp
- Chicken 350g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Chilli Flakes 1 tsp
- Tomato Paste 3 tbsp
- Capsicum ½ Cup
- Tomato ½ Cup
- Coriander Leaves
- Grated Mozzarella cheese ½ Cup
- Garnish with some Cheese and Coriander Leaves
Step 1
Take 4 medium size Potatoes. Grate them. Then squeeze out all the excess water from it.
Step 2
In a bowl, add grated dried Potatoes. 3 medium Eggs, onions, capsicum, chilli flakes, salt, coriander leaves, pepper and All purpose flour. Give it a good mix.
Step 3
In a baking tray, add potato mixture and arrange it in square shape. Bake it for 20-25 minutes at 180°C.
Step 4
After that, remove the parchment paper and cut it into equal parts. And set it aside.
Step 5
In a pan, add oil, onion and garlic. Cook for 2-3 minutes until translucent. Add chicken and cook again for 5-7 minutes. Now add some salt, pepper and chilli flakes and mix it properly.
Step 6
Then add Tomato Paste, capsicum, tomatoes and coriander leaves. Cook for a minute. Then add grated Mozzarella cheese. Mix it and set aside.
Step 7
Then on baked potato and eggs, place chicken stuffing and roll it. Place all the rolls on a baking tray. Garnish those rolls with cheese and coriander leaves
Step 8
Bake it for 15 minutes at 180°C. Your perfect dish is now ready to serve.
