Ingredients
- Water 6 Cups
- Penne Pasta 2 Cups
- Oil 2 tbsp
- Chicken 500g
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper ½ tsp
- Paprika ½ tsp
- Butter 2 tbsp
- Garlic 1 tbsp
- Onion 2 tbsp
- All purpose flour 1 tbsp
- Milk 1&½ Cup
- Red chillies 1 tbsp
- Green Onions 1 tbsp
- Mozzarella cheese ½ Cup
- Salt ¼ tsp
- Pepper ¼ tsp
- Chilli flakes ½ tsp
- Coriander leaves
Step 1
Take a saucepan, add 6 cups of Water and bring it to boil. Then add penne pasta. Cook the pasta properly till it is 90% done.
Step 2
Once cooked, drain the water and wash pasta with cold water to stop its cooking process.
Step 3
In a pan, add oil. Once hot, add chicken and cook it for 5-7 minutes until its colour turns to white .
Step 4
After that, add salt, pepper, paprika and mix it properly. Cook for another 2 minutes. Now turn off the flame and set it aside.
Step 5
In another pan, add butter and let it melt. Once it melts, add garlic and onion and cook it for 3-4 minutes over medium-low flame.
Step 6
Then add about 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour and cook it properly for at least 3-4 minutes. Add milk, red chillies and green onions. Give it a good mix.
Step 7
Once milk starts thickening, add Mozzarella cheese, salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Mix well.
Step 8
Then add prepared spiced chicken and boiled pasta. Mix it properly. Finally, add some fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
