- Chicken Breasts 2
- Garlic Cloves 1 tbsp
- Black Pepper Powder ½ tsp
- Salt 1/2 tsp
- Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
- Tomato Sauce 1 tbsp
- Kashmiri Red Chili Powder ¼ tsp
- Crushed Dried Red Chilies ¼ tsp
- Oregano 1/2 tsp
- White Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Cooking Oil
- For Fried Vegetables:
- Oil ½ tsp
- Boiled Carrot 1/2 cup
- Boiled French Beans 1/2 cup
- Potato Wedges 1 medium sized
- Tomato 1 medium sized
- Salt 1 pinch
- For White Sauce:
- Oil ½ tsp
- Chopped Garlic ½ tsp
- All Purpose Flour 1 tbsp
- Milk 1 Cup
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
- Chili Flakes 1/4 tsp
Step 1
Take Chicken Breast and cut it in half. Add all the spices, soy sauce, vinegar and ketchup. Mix well.
Step 2
Marinate it for 2 hours.
Step 3
Add oil in a pan. Cook until golden brown.
Step 4
In the next step, add oil in a pan. Fry all the vegetables. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
Step 5
Then add salt. Add tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes. After that, turn off the flame and set it aside.

In the next step, add oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add Flour and cook again.
Step 7
Then add Milk and mix well. Add salt, pepper and chili flakes. Mix again.
Step 8
Serve chicken with fried veggies and white sauce.
