Ingredients

  • Chicken Breasts 2
  • Garlic Cloves 1 tbsp
  • Black Pepper Powder ½ tsp
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Dark Soy Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Tomato Sauce 1 tbsp
  • Kashmiri Red Chili Powder ¼ tsp
  • Crushed Dried Red Chilies ¼ tsp
  • Oregano 1/2 tsp
  • White Vinegar 1 tbsp
  • Cooking Oil
  • For Fried Vegetables:
  • Oil ½ tsp
  • Boiled Carrot 1/2 cup
  • Boiled French Beans 1/2 cup
  • Potato Wedges 1 medium sized
  • Tomato 1 medium sized
  • Salt 1 pinch
  • For White Sauce:
  • Oil ½ tsp
  • Chopped Garlic ½ tsp
  • All Purpose Flour 1 tbsp
  • Milk 1 Cup
  • Salt - 1/4 tsp
  • Black Pepper Powder 1/4 tsp
  • Chili Flakes 1/4 tsp

Step 1

Take Chicken Breast and cut it in half. Add all the spices, soy sauce, vinegar and ketchup. Mix well.

Step 2

Marinate it for 2 hours.

Step 3

Add oil in a pan. Cook until golden brown.

Step 4

In the next step, add oil in a pan. Fry all the vegetables. Cook for 3-4 minutes.

Step 5

Then add salt. Add tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes. After that, turn off the flame and set it aside.

Step 6

In the next step, add oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes. Then add Flour and cook again.

Step 7

Then add Milk and mix well. Add salt, pepper and chili flakes. Mix again.

Step 8

Serve chicken with fried veggies and white sauce.
