- Creamy whole-milk yogurt, ½ cup at room temperature
- Vegetable broth for added depth, around ½ cup (Optional)
Step 1
Begin by placing the sun-dried tomatoes in a bowl and pouring boiling water over them. Allow them to soak for about 10 minutes until they become soft, then proceed to drain them.
Step 2
Next, take the mustard seeds and cardamom seeds and crush them using a mortar and pestle. Heat up some ghee in a skillet over medium heat.
