Step 1
In a large saucepan set over medium-high heat, start by browning the sausage until it's nicely cooked. Once done, transfer the sausage onto a plate with paper towels to drain any excess oil. Step 2
Bring back the cooked sausage into the pan, together with the chayote squash and jalapeno peppers.
