Step 1
In a bowl with a secure lid, mix together the marinade blend, a splash of water, and a drizzle of oil. Toss in the steak, seal the lid tightly, and give it a good shake until the meat is coated in the marinade goodness.
Step 2
Heat up your multi-functional pressure cooker (like the beloved Instant Pot®) and choose the Saute function. Drizzle a bit of oil into the pot, just enough to coat the bottom, then toss in the garlic. Step 4
Once the cooking is complete, carefully release the pressure using the quick-release method following the appliance's guidelines, which usually takes around 5 minutes. To prevent any messy splatters, drape a towel over the pot while unlocking and removing the lid.
