Ingredients
- Prepare Chicken Seekh Kabab: Boneless chicken cubes 750g
- Onion grated & squeezed 1 large
- Green chillies 4-5
- Garlic Ginger Paste 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder 1 tsp or to taste
- Coriander Powder 1 tsp
- Cumin seeds roasted & crushed 1 tsp
- Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
- Salt 1 tsp or to taste
- Fresh coriander 3 tbsp
- Butter 1 tbsp
- Prepare Creamy Sauce Mixture: Yogurt 1 Cup
- Coriander Powder ½ tsp
- Black pepper powder ½ tsp
- Salt ½ tsp or to taste
- Cumin seeds roasted & crushed ½ tsp
- Garlic cloves 2-3
- Green chillies 2-3
- Lemon juice 1
- Cream ½ Cup (room temperature)
- Water ¼ Cup or as required
- Fresh coriander 1 tbsp
- Prepare Tawa Kabab: Cooking oil 3-4 tbsp
- Green chillies 3-4
- Fresh coriander chopped as required
Step 1
Prepare Chicken Seekh Kabab: In a chopper, add chicken, onion, green chillies, garlic ginger paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin seeds, red chilli crushed, salt, fresh coriander, butter & chop well & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Grease your hand with oil,take a mixture (50g) & make kebabs on wooden skewers.
Step 3
In a pot, heat water, place steamer grill & kababs, cover & steam cook on low flame for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Let them cool completely.
Step 5
Prepare Creamy Sauce Mixture: In a jug,add yogurt,coriander powder,black pepper powder,salt,cumin seeds,garlic,green chillies,lemon juice,cream,water,fresh coriander,blend well & set aside.
Step 6
Prepare Tawa Kabab: In a large griddle,add cooking oil & fry steamed cooked kebabs (10 kebabs) on medium flame from all sides until golden then cut all the kebabs in 1-inch pieces & cook for a minute.
Step 7
Add prepared creamy sauce mixture, mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
Step 8
Cook on high flame until oil separates (2-3 minutes).
Step 9
Sprinkle fresh coriander & green chilli.
Step 10
Garnish with fresh coriander,green chilli.
