Ingredients
- Chicken 500g
- Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
- Chopped onion 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Chilli powder 1 tsp
- 1 egg
- Breadcrumbs 3 tbsp
- Oil 1 tbsp
- Onion 1 small size
- Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
- Tomato paste 1 cup
- Salt 1 tsp
- Pepper 1 tsp
- Chilli powder 1 tsp
- Oregano ½ tsp
- Vinegar 1 tbsp
- Soy sauce 1 tbsp
- Oil for frying
- Boiled spaghetti 1 packet
Step 1
In a bowl, add chicken, garlic, onions, salt, pepper, chilli powder, an egg, and breadcrumbs. Mix it very well and make small sized balls. After making meatballs, set it aside.
Step 2
In a pan, add oil. Once it is hot, add garlic and onions. Cook for 4-5 minutes over medium-low flame.
Step 3
Then add tomato paste, salt, pepper, chilli powder, and oregano. Mix and cook for about 1-2 minutes.
Step 4
Now add vinegar and soy sauce and mix well. Cook it for 5-7 minutes.
Step 5
In the meantime, fry the meatballs over medium-low flame until golden brown. Once fried, add them in the tomato gravy and mix together.
Step 6
Add boiled Spaghetti and mix properly.
Step 7
